1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Order Processing & Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday).
Transit Time: 3–7 business days via USPS.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days for all destinations in the United States (based on orders placed before 2:00 PM PST).

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, USPS performance, or peak seasons.

2. How will I know my order has shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become available.

3. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We specialize in custom wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower panels, and more. Please contact us at [email protected] with your requirements. We will create a special order for you.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective (new/unused) items within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order and custom items are non-returnable once production begins. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship **only within the United States**.

6. What are your shipping costs?

• Free Shipping on orders over $25.
• $5.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $25.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
