We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items (change of mind) within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Made-to-order / custom items (wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower panels, etc.) are non-returnable once production begins.
- Final sale, clearance, and closeout items are non-returnable.
- Damaged or defective items upon arrival: contact us immediately with photos.
Return Process
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason before returning.
- Do not ship returns without approval.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the item is defective or damaged).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Please follow the return process and indicate your desired replacement in the email.
Important Notes
- We ship only within the United States. All returns must originate from the United States.
- During peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), processing may take longer.
