Order Processing & Cutoff Time
We process orders from our warehouse in Sarasota, Florida.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST / GMT-08:00) on a business day will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
Handling time is the time between when your order is placed and when the shipment is ready to be handed over to the carrier.
Minimum: 1 business day | Maximum: 2 business days
We fulfill orders Monday – Saturday.
Transit Time
Transit time is the time it takes for the carrier (USPS) to deliver your order after it has been shipped.
All destinations (United States): 3 – 7 business days
Shipments are dispatched Monday – Saturday.
Shipping Costs
• Free Shipping on all orders over $25.
• $5.99 flat shipping fee on orders under $25.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Exact shipping fees (or free shipping eligibility) will be displayed before you complete your purchase. All prices are in USD.
Special Item Handling
Our products are artificial flowers and arrangements. They are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for prompt assistance.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
All destinations (United States): 4 – 9 business days (based on orders placed before the cutoff time).
These estimates are calculated in business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and major public holidays). Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, USPS performance, order volume, or unforeseen delays.

- We currently ship only within the United States.
- Delivery estimates and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
- We will send you a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- During peak seasons and major holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day), handling and delivery times may be longer than usual.
